In 2016, I landed in California from India with two suitcases and almost no English. My first teachers weren't in a classroom. They were Drake and Justin Bieber, playing on repeat while I followed the lyrics on a cracked phone screen until the words finally started making sense.
Ten years later, I've helped build products used by thousands of people, launched businesses from scratch, and turned ideas into experiences that people actually use. My process hasn't changed much since those headphone days: stay curious, break problems into smaller pieces, and keep iterating until it works.

WHO AM I
When I moved to the United States in 2016, I couldn't hold a conversation in English.
So I learned the only way that worked for me. I'd listen to Drake and Justin Bieber on repeat, read every lyric line by line, copy the pronunciation, and slowly piece together the language from context. Looking back, I wasn't just learning English. I was teaching myself how to learn.
That lesson has shaped every part of my career.
I graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Information Systems, but my education has always extended beyond the classroom. I've always been drawn to building things, solving problems, and figuring out why something works, or why it doesn't.
My path hasn't been traditional, and I wouldn't change it.
I've owned and operated a neighborhood market, launched a threading salon from an empty commercial space, negotiated leases, navigated permits, built a loyal customer base without spending on advertising, and successfully sold the business within months. Through RP Design Studio, I've worked with startups and local businesses to create brands, websites, and user experiences that help people connect with their customers.
Long before I knew what product management was, I was already doing it.
I was talking to customers, identifying problems, testing ideas, improving experiences, and building solutions that created value. Eventually, I discovered there was an entire career built around that way of thinking.
